He collaborates with lead advisors to provide strategic advice and planning, leveraging his extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership. Throughout his tenure he has demonstrated success in building high-performing teams, driving business development initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Stefan has responsibility for partnering with experienced advisors across the mid-Atlantic territory to understand their goals for growth and delivering a differentiated client experience.
