How to enroll in eDelivery

Use Two-Factor Authentication for enhanced security. Choose your contact information and click “Send code."

Enter your code and hit “Submit.”

Navigate to the top left Profile section and click “eDelivery preferences.”

Alternatively, on the Account Overview screen, click “Manage your Account” on the top right, and find eDelivery preferences.

Click “Select paperless for all” or choose the specific financial accounts you’d like to use for eDelivery and then click “Agree & save.” Sign in to your account or register now.

How does eDelivery keep my Equitable documents safe?To ensure your privacy, documents with personal information will require a secure login using a personal ID and password. Your login credentials and account documents are protected by multiple layers of security. We recommend you use a browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge that has been updated to the latest version.

How can I get my documents delivered electronically instead of by mail?
You can enroll in electronic delivery by logging in to your Equitable account online, clicking the drop-down menu next to Personal Settings under your name and selecting Delivery preferences. Once you are signed in, select the eDelivery Preferences link under Profile.
Only policy/account owners can authorize this request.
When you enroll in eDelivery:
- You agree to receive certain documents electronically and to stop receiving paper copies of these documents through the U.S. mail.
- We will notify you via email anytime a document becomes available for viewing on our website.
- The email notification will contain a link to our home page and provide you with the quickest route to view your documents behind a secure login.

How will I know when documents are available online?You will receive email notices containing hyperlinks to our website, where you can log on and view a list of all documents available, including the newest ones. You can identify that the email is being sent from us by verifying the sender line, which should read, Equitable eDelivery. As additional documents become available digitally, we will add them to your account.

I selected all document types for eDelivery. Why am I still receiving paper mail?Regulations require that we send you some documents under certain conditions. As additional documents become available digitally, we will add them to your account. In addition, if you have an account through LPL Financial — including brokerage, Strategic Asset Management and other LPL Financial-sponsored investment advisory accounts — you will need to visit the Investment Account portal to complete eDelivery enrollment.
