What happens next?
Now that you’ve submitted your claim (request for payment), three things will happen. We will:
- Verify the notice of loss and send claims forms – one to each beneficiary to complete and return to us.
Email you a confirmation with a claim ID number. Use this number to register and log in to see the progress of your claim.
- Upon receipt of your completed claims form(s), we will review everything and upon verification process the claim as instructed.
