What happens next?

Now that you’ve submitted your claim (request for payment), three things will happen. We will:
 
  1. Verify the notice of loss and send claims forms – one to each beneficiary to complete and return to us.
  2. Email you a confirmation with a claim ID number. Use this number to register and log in to see the progress of your claim.
  3. Upon receipt of your completed claims form(s), we will review everything and upon verification process the claim as instructed.
