Nick Chan

Nick Chan is Head of M&A for Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. He also leads Equitable’s Business CFO function. 

Mr. Chan joined Equitable in 2021 and most recently served as Equitable’s Corporate CFO and Head of Strategic Transactions. In this role, he oversaw strategic initiatives and transactions for the company. He previously served as Deputy Treasurer for Equitable, overseeing balance sheet management, capital markets, hedging, finance strategy and reinsurance initiatives.

Prior to joining Equitable, Mr. Chan spent more than a decade at Oliver Wyman, where he advised global insurers on strategy, M&A, finance and risk.

Mr. Chan received a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a CFA Charterholder.
