Equitable is accepting electronic claims from providers using Availity. Providers should be able to continue to submit electronic claims to Equitable’s payer ID as you would have prior to the Change Healthcare cyberattack. As an alternative, providers may also submit paper claims to: Equitable, PO Box 2107, Grapevine, TX 76099-2107.
