Jessica Baehr is President of Equitable Investment Management and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. She directs and oversees the business that provides advisory services to the 126 investment portfolios underlying Equitable’s variable insurance products, 1290 Fund retail mutual funds and suite of model portfolios.

Since joining Equitable in 2011, Ms. Baehr has held various leadership positions across the company. Most recently she served as Head of Group Retirement, where she was responsible for the company’s employer-sponsored retirement business serving tax-exempt 403(b), 457 and small business 401(k) markets, as well as in-plan guarantee solutions. Previous leadership roles include Head of Investor Relations for Equitable Holdings and Chief Operating Officer for Equitable’s Life and Employee Benefits businesses.

Ms. Baehr started her career in the non-profit sector working in higher education and international development. She is active in the community, serving on the Fairfield Awards Dinner which supports access to education for economically and socially disadvantaged students. She is also a member of the Women’s Bond Club.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Russian and Eastern European Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Fairfield University.
